Our Guarantee!



Our products are all hand made to very specific specifications to ensure a degree of consistency through all our products! Even though every precaution is taken to ensure a high quality product, it could happen that something goes wrong from time to time! This is why we want to extend our guarantee to you that if you are unhappy with the quality of any of our products, we will gladly replace it for you, free of charge!

Simply keep the remaining batter that you have so we may take it back and attempt to establish the problem. Or if you have already baked all of the batter, keep one or two of the baked products for our inspection.

Please keep in mind that any small lumps in the  batter is perfectly normal. The reason for this is that over mixing the batter will result in the muffins being tough and dry. The lumps should disappear once the batter is baked. Please do not stir the batter to attempt to rid the batter of the lumps. If the lumps are to big and it still shows in the finished product, please feel free to contact us.


Conditions of guarantee:
- The quality of the product must be at fault, ie it must be off, sour, too salty, etc
- The preference of the individual with regards to a specific flavour does not fall within the guarantee. In other words, if one of our clients doesn't like the taste of a specific product because of personal taste, without there being anything wrong with it, it will not be part of the guarantee.
- The client must retain a part of the raw product or a part of the baked product for our inspection.
- The product must not be out of it's use-before-date.
- The client must inform us of any issues as soon as possible so that the product does not deteriorate any faster than what is neccesary
- The defect product will be collected by us and if found that there was something wrong with it, we will replace the product with any flavour batter that the client requests, in the same volume as per the defect product. The replacement product will be delivered with the next order from the client.
- For a full refund on any defect products, simply adhere to the abovementioned conditions and indicate that you would rather have a refund than a replacement
